It started with gelato.
Chelehbrato — "the new gelato" — was born from a simple belief: that a single scoop can hold the whole feeling of a celebration. Bold, beautiful, gorgeous.
From there, the door opened wider. OpenDoor Concept became a collective kitchen — producing and curating an array of culinary delights, all handmade in small batches and served with a concierge's care. Gelato today; bakes, salads and brews on the way.
